Each person who comes to our center go through a comprehensive evaluation for health and physical fitness level, which includes an assessment of various health indicators, such as blood pressure and blood glucose levels, as well as an evaluation of physical fitness parameters, such as body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and agility.

Dexa (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) body composition is a medical imaging technique that is commonly used to measure bone density, but it can also be used to assess body composition.

We use this technology to place individuals in very comprehensive and personalized programs to improve their health and fitness by specifically addressing their body composition.

Personalized Fitness Plan For Obesity

Program is tailored specifically to individual’s with a BMI of 30 or higher which is considered to be indicative of obesity. The program is designed by our certified fitness professional and health coach. The program takes into account the individual’s current fitness level, any medical conditions or injuries, and their schedule and availability.

Fall Prevention

Designed to help older adults reduce their risk of falls and increase their confidence in their ability to carry out everyday activities. The program involves a series of four two-hour sessions that are led by trained facilitators.

Obesity Prevention

The Obesity Prevention Program is a lifestyle intervention program designed for individuals with a BMI of 25 or higher to prevent or delay the onset Obesity. The program helps individuals adopt healthy habits that can help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Program teaches people how to use mindfulness techniques to cope with stress, pain, and illness. MBSR is based on the idea that mindfulness can help individuals develop greater resilience and cope more effectively with the challenges of life.

Personalized Fitness Plan For

Program is tailored specifically to individual’s with diabetes to better control their blood glucose levels, reduce their risk of developing cardiovascular disease, and improve their overall health and quality of life. The program takes into account their current fitness level, any medical conditions or injuries.

Healthy Aging

Our healthy aging program includes a combination of exercises that focus on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. The program is tailored to fitness level, health status, and goals.

Diabetes Prevention

The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a lifestyle intervention program designed to prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes in individuals at high risk for developing the disease.

Nutritional Guidance

Meal Planning software which allows our registered dietitian to formulate a nutrition prescription for your individual nutrition needs based on your health goals. (weight loss, increasing muscle, low sodium for hypertension, better glycemic control for diabetes, chronic kidney disease, Celiac Disease)’

We also offer various fitness classes. (circuit classes, Yoga, Meditation, thai chi, Senior Fit)
