Designed to increase circulation, flexibility and range of motion through motions that mimic a very slow paced martial arts form with exaggerated movements that are designed to carry you through a full range of motion. Instructor is a second degree black belt in Pasa Ryu Karate with 10+ years of teaching and 20+ years of practicing.
