Xtreme Fitness


The AM360 Xtreme Fitness class is a high-intensity workout that combines
cardio, strength, and conditioning exercises to give you a full-body
workout. The class is designed to challenge you both physically and
mentally, pushing you to your limits and helping you reach your fitness
goals.

During the class, you can expect to do a variety of exercises such as
plyometric jumps, bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and agility
drills. The workouts are constantly changing, so you will never get
bored and will always be challenged.
